Unfortunately, wins were as rare as hen’s teeth last night for the Storm in VJBL with just four winning teams for the evening.
Our U14 Boys 2 recorded a 17 point win against Melbourne, our U14 Boys 5 had a massive 66 point win over Geelong United, it was a 9 point win for our U16 Girls 2 over Kyneton, whilst our U20 Boys recorded a 24 point victory over Craigieburn.
Individually, Billy Bianco was the top scorer for the Boys with 21 points in the U14 Boys 5 thumping of Geelong United, with Ely Reid bagging 20 points in the U20 Boys win against Craigieburn. For the Girls Opal Butcher returned 14 points in the U16 Girls 1 loss to Coburg, with Mae Pitfield finished with 12 for the U16 Girls 2 despite going down to Kyneton.
A special mention for Raff Taylor, who scored 14 of his sides total f 18 points in the U12 Boys 3 loss to Keilor.
