VJBL Wrap Friday 1st December 2023

Sadly, wins were few and far between in VJBL last night for the Storm.

There were only two wins for the night, with our 14 Boys 3 scoring a win against Surfcoast, whilst our 16 Boys 1 scored a 5 point win over Dandenong.

It could have been three wins, however, unfortunately, our 14 Boys 4 fell just 1 point short of Westgate in their contest.

Individually, Tom Robertson (U14B 1) led the scorers for the night with 22 in their loss to Nunawading, whilst Jasper Lindsay (U14B 4), Eddie Brown (U16B 1) and Zeppelin Singh (U18B2) all collected 17 points in their respective games.

Meanwhile, eight seemed to be the magic number for our girls, with Alicia Field (U18G 1), Jenna Mervin (U16G 2), Ava Pigdon (U14G 2) and Evie Tabone (U14G 1) all led scoring for their respective teams with 8 points.

Here’s the results for this week.
