The Girls Got Game event will celebrate all the wonderful things girls bring to basketball. The day will start with Opal legend Michele Timms taking the court to share her experience by running drills for all participates. At the other end of the court will be former WNBL and SEABL National Championship player Sara Blicavs.
We will also be holding a coaches clinic which will be ran be WNBL Legend Sam Woosnam, this will be open for all domestic and representative coaches.
While the coaches clinic is taking place there will be an afternoon tea for all the players before Melbourne Bommers player Josie Stockill puts on some games with giveaways. We have 50 tickets to give away to the Melbourne Boomers v Townsville Fire game on the 1st of December. Also we have 10 Corporate Box tickets to give away to the same game.
To end the event we will be presenting a few awards to acknowledge outstanding achievements by players and coaches of the Storm program.
