Preparations are now under way for the next VJBL season as we open expressions of interest today.
Bellarine Storm are seeking applications from Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches interested in being part of our 2023/24 VJBL program. For the 2023/24 season Bellarine Storm will be entering both boys and girls teams in the U12, U14, U16, U18 and U20 age groups.
We are looking for coaches with a keen interest in developing young athletes in line with our club values of Respect, Integrity, Commitment, Communication and Enjoyment. Successful applicants will be expected to:
* Hold or be willing to obtain a club (level 1) coaching accreditation prior to the season commencing
*Hold a valid Working with Children card and complete both club and VJBL child safe screening protocols
*Attend monthly Storm program coach meetings
*Be available to run team training sessions on Sunday’s with first team coaches also expected to hold a mid week session
*Develop the team and it’s athletes in line within the Bellarine Storm development structures
