Wowee! Stormy has been cock-a-hoop alll week, following last Saturday night’s D1 Mens game. He hasn’t been that happy about a result since the last time Collingwood lost a Grand Final!
Two massive finals games this week for the Storm and Stormy is as nervous as a long tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs going into this weeks games.
Youth League Women
Semi-Final – Bellarine v Albury/Wodonga 5:00pm Bellarine Secondary College
Stormy is prouder than a newborn’s dad of these ladies, they have been great to watch all season and thoroughly deserve the success they’ve had to date.
A whole new season begins this week, however, for Stormy, this season is like a new season of the Bold and Beautiful, where nothing much changes and that’s why I’m expecting the ladies to storm into the Grand Final series next week.
Division 1 Men
Semi-Final Game 1 – Bellarine v Melbourne Uni 7:00pm Bellarine Secoindary College
The Div 1 boys are flying now, playing their best ball at the right time, with Lewie Varley suffering a severe bout of leather poisoning over the last couple of weeks, Jason Reardon in nice touch, Leigh Saffin firing and Stormy could go on and on.
This is a team where everybody is playing their role as a team and if that happens this weekend, then based on Stormy’s studying, expects the boys to get first blood in the Best of 3 series.
It promises to be bigger than the Michelin Man this Saturday night!
