Team Registrations – WINTER 2019

There will be a Team Entry Fee of $70 for the Winter 2019 season, this will bring us into line with most other Associations. This fee will be invested back into the Association with improving the referee program as well as the infrastructure.
The Team registration fee will help the association invest in the following:
- Air conditioning on the courts
- Potential stadium extension, additional 3 courts at the Bellarine Sports Centre.
- Replacing all rings
Team Entries close on Friday 22nd March 2019. Registration forms submitted after this date will incur a $50 late fee, if accepted. In some competitions there is only room for a limited number of teams. Teams will be accepted in order of date received.
TEAM REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR ANY TEAM WITH OUTSTANDING FORFEIT FINES
Finals Qualification – SUMMER 2018/19
Please note that it is the responsibility of each team/player to ensure that all individuals have played enough games to qualify for upcoming Finals.
Qualification for Competitions is as follows:
U12, U14, U18 and Women’s – 9 games
U18 Boys – 8 games
U20 Boys & Social Mixed – 9 games
U12 Boys (Except Division 2 & 5) & Men’s (Except Division 2 & 5) – 8 games
U12 Boys Division 2 & 5 & Men’s Division 2 & 5 – 7 games
U14 & U16 Boys – 8 games
Games played statistics are available on the website. If your team has had 1 or more byes, please add these to the player games total, as byes are included as qualification games.
E.g. Mary Jones has played 8 games, and her team has had 1 bye.
The total of 9, makes her eligible to participate in the finals in the Monday night Women’s Div 2 Comp.
During finals games, a player whose name does not appear on the score sheet is ineligible to participate. Please speak with Customer Service Staff if you believe there to be an error with this.
Under 10 Round Robin – SUMMER 2018/19
As per previous seasons, the Under 10 Competitions will conclude with a Round Robin on Grand Final night as follows:

Under 10 Boys Boomers Wednesday 3rd April 2019 – Bellarine Sports Centre, Drysdale
Under 10 Boys Emus Wednesday 3rd April 2019 – Bellarine Aquatic & Sports Centre, Ocean Grove
Under 10 Boys Crocs Wednesday 3rd April 2019 – Bellarine Sports Centre, Drysdale
Under 10 Boys Rookies Wednesday 3rd April 2019 – Bellarine Aquatic & Sports Centre, Ocean Grove

Presentation of participation medals will be made to all participants following the conclusion of the Round Robin.
Player Registration – WINTER 2019
Some players will be due to pay their Annual Registration Fee for the Winter 2019 Season.
Player registrations for the Winter 2019 season will open on the 1st of April. They will be as follows;
Junior $70.00 Senior $75.00 Social $47.00
ALL PLAYER REGISTRATIONS TO BE DONE ONLINE
Please be aware that ALL PLAYERS must be registered PRIOR TO PLAYING their first game. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
Forfeits will apply to any team as a result of an Unregistered Player participating in any game (including grading games).

Clearances
As per the BPBA Inc. By-laws, any player transferring to a different team for the Winter 2019 Season is required to complete a Clearance form before competing in any games with their new team.
Clearance forms are available from the BPBA website, or alternatively, players/teams can speak with Customer Service Staff on games nights, or email competitions@bpba.org.au
