Last night saw the return of VJBL competition for season 2024/25.
Night one of the grading phase kicked off with eight Storm wins across opening round, along with one tie.
Our U14B2 defeated Keilor by just 1 point in their contest, an 18 point victory for our U14B 3 against Wyndham, our U14G1 came out on top by 10 points over Knox, our U16G1 accounted for Wyndham by 24 points in the end, whilst our U16G2 defeated Broadmeadows by 9 points, it was a 15 point result for our U18B1, 18 point victory for our U18B2 and rounding out the night, a five point win for our U18G1.
The draw went to our U14B1 who ended all square with Kilsyth on 46 points when the final buzzer sounded.
There were some fine individual performances across the night also, with Jackson Campbell collecting 22 points in the U18B1 victory, whilst Lila Butcher finished with 13 points in the U14G1 win.
