Introducing a new feature this year, our Big V Player of the Week.
Every round, the selection panel will choose the best performing player for the Storm from the weekend’s games.
That player will earn 10 points for their performance, whilst the other leading performers will pick up 5 votes.
At the end of the season, the player with the most votes will win our Big V Player of the Year award.
Now, to this week’s Player of the Week for Round 1.
Our first POTW for 2022, has taken up from where he left off in 2021. Rohan Jarvie has started the season in fine form.
Despite our Division 1 Men dropping both their games in the opening weekend, Rohan still stood out, compiling 33 points, 25 rebounds and 7 blocks across both games.
Well done Rohan, on being our first Big V Player of the Week for 2022.
