Notice of Special Resolution Meeting
The Bellarine Peninsula Basketball Association (BPBA) will hold a Special Resolution Meeting of members to consider a proposed amendment to the Association’s Constitution.

Purpose of the Meeting
Members will be asked to vote on the following Special Resolution:
That the financial year of the Bellarine Peninsula Basketball Association Inc. be changed from ending on 30 June each year to ending on 30 September each year.
This change is proposed to better align the Association’s financial reporting with the operational and competition calendar.
Important Information
- As this is a Special Resolution, it must be passed by at least 75% of members present and entitled to vote.
- Please note: Proxy voting is not permitted under the BPBA Constitution. Members must attend the meeting in person to vote.
