FAQ
What is F45
F45 Training is a global fitness and lifestyle community that brings you a complete wellness solution from functional training and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), to nutrition, challenges and accountability.
Why focus on purchasing a gym, when we desperately need more courts?
The current costs of constructing a new basketball court is approximately $6M per court, meaning we are well short of that funding. With no current funding available from either COGG or the State Government, we need to consider other ways of increasing revenue for the Association. Naturally, our main focus is on securing extra courts for the Bellarine.
Why don’t we spend the money to improve facilities such as the rings at our current stadium?
As don’t own our current venue, we rely on the schools and Council to make these upgrades. We have been working with Bellarine Secondary College for some time to get an upgrades of facilities such as this.
How will this acquisition benefit members of the Association?
By encouraging as many members and friends to join F45, we’ll be more able to help keep our fees as low as possible.
